We have noticed that there is still a demand for our
X-2004 8 Bit Ninja party shirt.

In order to make a good price (which will be around 20 euro's) we'll have to order about 25 tshirts.
Both the black and khaki colour can be ordered

This year we will add signs again on the road to find the X party, starting from the intersection at Veldhoek.
(print the maps at location for more info !!)

The scene warms up for the mother of all parties: X-2004!
Which will take place coming weekend!
Prominent guests from all over the globe are expected and the beer is ordered.
Sids will be played, wicked competitions held, and laughter will be shared.
We’re looking forward to seeing our friends and family!

through E-Mail, E-Mail them before Thursday 18:00 CEST.
- We have a few empty spots on the reservation list.

Only people with a RESERVATION are welcome at X-2004!
This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee people without reservations a place to sleep, and
we've made a promise to those that have made reservations.

X-2004 is getting closer !, we open the doors at 18.00 on Friday
(do try all of you to come at this time)
Many people are coming to X with a car, in order to reduce the amount of cars perhaps you can hitchhike along with somebody else instead of going by yourself with the car.
Visit our ..... and leave a post if you have an empty seat left in your car!
If you decide to come by plane (flying with Basiqair, Easyjet, Ryanair,
etc. might be cheaper than travelling by other means of transport),
we can
recommend Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Amsterdam airport.
From there, it's very
easy to reach the partyplace by train.

As always, the crew will be wearing special t-shirts at the party. At X-2001 we had ordered a few extra shirts for the fans,
which turned out to be way too few.
Therefore we'd like to get an idea of how many t-shirts we should order for you this
time.

As of yet, we are fully booked, with 180 reservations. If you would like to
make a reservation, please send an email to xxxxxx, and you will
be put on a second list. If someone else cancels, we will make a reservation
for you and let you know. |
